Coastline Cabinetry
is now offering CNC
cutting and machining for wood products. Having
used CNC to cut all of our own cabinet panels, we're now
making this service available to other shops and contractors. Prices range
from $25 for a sheet of very basic cuts to
$50 for a sheet that requires extensive cutting, drilling
and other machining. Generally this will be well below your
cost of doing these operations manually, with the benefit of
added speed, accuracy and repeatability.
Finished parts are labeled and sorted by cabinet.
For
cabinet parts, were able to set up a library
of your construction settings, and call these up each time we process your
components. Machining features include, but are not limited to
the following, and each can be adjusted to fit your needs:
